• Suggesting suitable resource profiles to the clients:

  In accordance to the clients’ personalized requirements, all the suitable resource profiles are suggested so that the client can hire full-time dedicated resources.

• Client interviewing the developers and selecting the most suitable resource:

• Signing the contract:

  Before the signing of contract, E Genius Technologies offers you a One-week trial (paid) to assess our work process and the quality of work done by the developer.

• Payment procedure

  The payment has to be made by the client at the beginning of every month as soon as the contract has been signed. We accept payments through Credit Card, PayPal and Wire Transfer.

• Allotment of dedicated resource to the client

  Once the payment is received, the selected resource is allotted exclusively to the client. Our dedicated developers operate like full-time employees for the clients from our premises.

• Client assigns the work to the developer

  We at E Genius Technologies believe in direct interaction between the clients and the hired resources. The clients directly assign their work projects to the developers which enables better understanding and execution of the client’s work.

• Getting started

  Once the individual projects have been assigned, the Developer exclusively works as afull-time dedicated resource on the clients’ project and sends daily/weekly work updates as required by the client.

• Monthly renewal of the contract

  The contract is renewed on a monthly basis and again the received at the beginning of every month at the time of renewal of the contract.
